CUSO-VSO doesn’t send money, equipment or emergency aid overseas. We send volunteers, and that requires money.
Fundraising is fundamental to the work of CUSO-VSO. Without your help we wouldn't be able to send volunteers to some of the world’s most disadvantaged countries. The money you raise goes directly towards recruiting, training and sending volunteers to countries where they can share their skills and help change people's lives. It costs CUSO-VSO approximately C$32,000 to recruit, train, match, send and support one volunteer overseas in their first year.
