Many North Americans believe change starts at home, and are joining CUSO-VSO in Canada and the US, taking action against poverty, social injustice and environmental degradation. Volunteers in Canada and the United States support our development work by playing a wide variety of roles within their communities:
helping to recruit overseas volunteers
planning events
educating the public & visiting schools
talking to the media.
